Ride Plate Installation   

This installation is to be performed at your own risk!!!!

         Here is a basic list of tools you will need:

• Socket wrench

• 12 mm socket

• Torch

• Removable thread locker

• Phillips screwdriver

        This is a very easy mod to do and it can give the ski some mph.

        First you must make sure your ski is far enough back on the trailer to reach all four bolts.

    1.)  Remove the speedometer by removing the four Phillips screws.

    2.)  You may or may not have to heat up the bolts but it is better to be safe than sorry.  I use a torch that I bought from Home Depot.  You can see it in the pic below.    You want to remove four 12 mm bolts.  Loosen them easily.  Clean up the threads on your bolts and replace with the new ride plate. The last pic is the stock plate and the Riva plate.
